We use very basic and natural, effective ingredients for  laundry soap. This is not the commercial laundry detergent soap powder you are used to!! If you have never tried hand blended laundry soap, you are in for a real treat!

We start with fine Castile (olive oil) soap. We grind the soap to a fine powder much like your usual laundry detergent. We add other naturally occurring minerals and cosmetic grade fragrance oils and essential oils to our scented version.

We would love for you to try our handcrafted laundry soap. We began using this recipe last year for our own family. Some of our family members have very sensitive skin and this has worked perfectly for us, even the scented type.

❤ You don’t need to use laundry fabric softener as ours naturally softens clothing.

Top Loaders: Use 1-2 tablespoons of KaleidoSuds for regular/large loads. Use 2 tablespoons for highly soiled medium loads. For heavily stained clothing pre-treat as usual, then wash as a highly soiled load perhaps using a bit more if needed.

HE Washer: Use half of what you would need for a Top-Loading Machine. This is a low suds laundry soap powder so no worries in the front-loading/HE machines. We personally have a front loading HE and use this for our own laundry.

You will need to experiment at first to see the amounts that work best for your machine. When using KaleidoSuds and loading your machine, please refer to your manufacturer’s instructions.

One and one half pounds will fit in a flat rate padded envelope. Three bags of laundry soap will fit into a medium flat rate box.

Love this soap! I have been using the natural stuff from Whole Foods for a while but I really feel that this is better. All the scents I have tried are nice, and I can run my clothes through the washer then either hang them up to dry or put them in the dryer and I don’t even have to use any kind of fabric softener. And the fragrance that lingers is so nice, and sticks around longer than my old Mrs. Meyers stuff. The price is so worth it because I am only using one product instead of two, and not only does my laundry smell nice, but my whole laundry room smells nice with this sitting in it!  Big savings over my old brand!”
