Policies

Payments are  accepted through Paypal on our website.  You do not need an account with Paypal.  Simply place your order and you will be directed to Paypal’s website where you may select to pay by bank account, e-check, or credit card.

Cash or Personal Checks are accepted  on local orders only.   We will accept money orders or cashiers checks on non-local orders.  We will not ship the order until payment has been made in full.  Select CASH option on payment type, then email us to let us know that the payment has been mailed.

Amarillo, Texas Local Free Delivery and No Shipping Costs  We offer Local Customers in Amarillo FREE Delivery.   If you are local, please enter Coupon Code AMARILLO to take off shipping from your order.

Shipping Your Packages   Shipping within the United States only.    We do everything within our ability to keep your shipping charges to a minimum. Our published shipping rates are set to reflect item size and estimated cost using USPS Priority Mail Rates. The good news is that it is our policy to refund excess shipping charges back to customers if we can use a lower rate packaging with your order.   For many items we can use First Class Mail to minimize customer shipping costs. If the amount you pay for shipping exceeds $2 of the actual cost we refund the overpayment.  We reserve the right to contact you should your order require an additional shipping amount – we will inform you of this prior to shipping.

We only ship to the address that is confirmed on your Paypal account. Please make sure the address confirmed on your Paypal account is the accurate address before buying – this is your responsibility. We must ship to this address because of Paypal’s policy regarding contested transactions. They will not cover either party’s expenses should something happen to the item if the item has not been shipped to the address they have on file.

Refunds and Returns  Due to the nature of the products that we create, fragrance preferences differing from person to person, we do not offer any refunds or returns on purchased products. Once the products leave our studio we cannot be responsible for any damage, but please contact us if there is damage so we may resolve those issues if possible.  All clearance sales are final.

Soy Wax Cure Time  With pure soy, the ultimate time for you to enjoy its best throw is one to two weeks. We always say, “the longer it sits, the stronger it gets!” This cure time, is the time that it takes for the fragrance to molecularly bond with the soy wax. If the fragrance is one that requires a cure time, we will put a slip in your box that states the date you can fully enjoy your wax, the final cure date.

Incense Cure Time  Our incense is hand-soaked and made fresh for your order.  Once soaked for 48 hours, it is air dried before being packaged.  Please allow a week for your incense order to be shipped.
